Seabourn Debuts Exploration Awaits Sale With Up to 15% Off
Named examples span four ships, with Seabourn Pursuit and Venture on expedition itineraries and Ovation and Encore listed for Caribbean and Asia sailings.
Seabourn has launched its first “Exploration Awaits Event,” a global promotion offering up to 15% off select ocean and expedition cruises and reduced deposits of up to 15% on departures from the end of 2026 into early 2029. The eligible itineraries include Antarctica, the Caribbean, Japan, Southeast Asia and other regions.
The examples named by Seabourn cover four ships across its ocean and expedition fleet, combining polar expedition sailings with longer Caribbean and Asia voyages. The listed departures run from eight to 15 days, with the named examples concentrated in late 2026 and early 2027.
“Our first-ever ‘Exploration Awaits Event’ invites travelers to explore some of the most intriguing voyages across the globe in a style that is uniquely Seabourn,” said Mark Tamis, president of Seabourn.
Named voyages include expedition and ocean sailings
In South America and Antarctica, the promotion includes three sailings on the line’s Venture-class expedition ships: a 10-day Chilean Fjords itinerary on Seabourn Pursuit from Nov. 12-22, 2026; an 11-day The Great White Continent voyage on Seabourn Venture from Dec. 8-19, 2026; and a 15-day Wild Falkland Islands and South America sailing on Seabourn Venture from March 22 to April 6, 2027.
The Caribbean examples are on Seabourn Ovation. They include the 14-day Leeward Island Jewels voyage from Nov. 22 to Dec. 6, 2026, and the 14-day Exotic Caribbean In Depth itinerary from Dec. 19, 2026, to Jan. 2, 2027.
In Asia, Seabourn Encore is listed for two eligible sailings: the 14-day Sea of Japan & Plum Blossoms cruise from Feb. 27 to March 13, 2027, and the eight-day Malaysia & Thailand: Malacca Strait Explorer itinerary from Dec. 13-21, 2026.
Other brands are also promoting future departures
Norwegian Cruise Line’s Semi-Annual Sale offers 50% off all cruises and free prepaid gratuities on select balcony-category-and-above sailings. Latitudes members receive early access July 8-9 before the offer opens more broadly July 10.
Costa Cruises is offering North American residents up to $500 per cabin in fare savings and up to 30% off the My Drinks beverage package on select 2026 and 2027 cruises booked by Aug. 9. Uniworld Boutique River Cruises is adding a complimentary pre- or post-cruise hotel night on select 2027 sailings through Aug. 31, while Star Clippers is offering two shore excursions and a 3GB Wi-Fi package per cabin on select 2028 sailings.
Seabourn said the full eligibility list, event benefits and combinable promotions are available on its website. The announcement did not specify starting fares or the date when the booking event will close.
