These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at cruisenews.io and our newsletters and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Cruise News ("Cruise News," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a membership.

Accounts and memberships

Some features require an account or a paid membership. You are responsible for the information associated with your account and for any activity that occurs under it. Please keep your login details secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose) through our payment processor, Stripe. Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price, and the payment method on file will be charged. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change our prices or plans on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

Content and intellectual property

All content on the Service, including articles, text, graphics, logos, and the way that content is compiled, is owned by Cruise News or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may read and share our content for personal, non-commercial use with appropriate attribution and links. You may not copy, republish, resell, scrape, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• violate any law or the rights of others;
• post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content in comments or community features;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation; or

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
