Seabourn Opens Bookings for 138-Day 2029 World Cruise
Full-voyage guests receive an included two-day Bali land program, and Seabourn plans an after-hours evening at Cape Town's Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa.
Seabourn has opened bookings for a 138-day world cruise aboard Seabourn Quest, sailing from Miami to Lisbon between Jan. 7 and May 26, 2029. The voyage will cover more than 32,000 nautical miles and call at 58 destinations across 31 countries and territories.
The itinerary includes 32 islands, more than 25 UNESCO World Heritage sites and 20 extended port stays, including eight overnight calls. Its route runs through the Americas, South Pacific, New Zealand, Australia, Southeast Asia, the Indian Ocean, Africa and Europe.
“This voyage combines globally celebrated destinations with some of the world’s most remote and fascinating places, creating opportunities for deeper discovery and meaningful cultural connection,” said Mark Tamis, president of Seabourn.
Eight overnight calls anchor the itinerary
Overnight stays are scheduled in Lima, Easter Island, Bora Bora, Bali, Singapore, Sydney, Zanzibar and Cape Town. Other extended calls include Cartagena, Auckland, Napier, Melbourne, Portland, Adelaide, Busselton, Fremantle, Colombo, Victoria, Walvis Bay and Las Palmas.
The schedule also brings the ship to Nuku Hiva in the Marquesas Islands, Praslin in the Seychelles, Antsiranana in Madagascar, Akaroa in New Zealand and Burnie in Tasmania. UNESCO-listed destinations include Easter Island, New Zealand’s Fiordland National Park and the Stone Town of Zanzibar.
Land programs reach Machu Picchu and the Taj Mahal
Optional land programs will be available for the Galapagos Islands, Machu Picchu, Uluru, the Taj Mahal, African safari destinations and Easter Island. Details and pricing for those programs were not included in the announcement.
Guests booking the complete voyage will receive an included two-day, one-night land program in Bali, with village visits, culinary activities and cultural programming. Seabourn also plans a private evening at the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa in Cape Town, including after-hours museum access, regional food and live entertainment.
The ship recently completed a dry dock that updated suites, public areas, dining venues and spa facilities. Programming aboard will include destination-focused lectures, guest speakers through Seabourn Conversations, culinary events, cultural performances and entertainment based on the regions visited.
Full-voyage bookings include air and shipboard credit
Benefits for passengers sailing the entire world cruise include round-trip business-class air, a one-night pre-cruise hotel stay in Miami, Wi-Fi for two devices, unlimited laundry and pressing, and a 50% deposit reduction. Seabourn is also offering up to $4,000 in shipboard credit per Veranda Suite and up to $8,000 per Penthouse Suite or higher category.
A 10% early-booking discount applies to eligible reservations made by Sept. 17, 2026. Seabourn did not disclose starting fares.
The line will also sell extended segments for travelers not taking the complete 138-day sailing, although the full-cruise benefits will not apply to those bookings. Segment itineraries and availability will be announced closer to their launch.
