Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection Occupancy Falls to 51% in Q2 2026
Average daily rate per passenger climbed seven percent to $1,993, while returning guests accounted for about 22 percent of second-quarter passengers.
Occupancy at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection fell to 51 percent in the second quarter of 2026 from 57 percent a year earlier as the addition of a third ship expanded capacity faster than passenger volume. The results cover the quarter ended June 30.
Available passenger cruise days increased 50 percent to 102,102, while passenger cruise days rose 33 percent to 51,566. The company calculates available passenger cruise days on a double-occupancy basis. Average daily rate per passenger climbed 7 percent from the prior-year quarter to $1,993.
Malta-incorporated parent company Cruise Yacht Upper HoldCo Ltd. disclosed the figures in an unaudited interim report.
The same pattern continued across the first half of the year. Available passenger cruise days rose 55 percent to 208,842, while passenger cruise days increased 47 percent to 106,104, producing a 51 percent load factor compared with 54 percent in the first half of 2025.
Pricing growth was stronger over the six-month period, when average daily rate per passenger increased 14 percent to $1,840. Returning guests accounted for approximately 22 percent of passengers who sailed during the second quarter.
Bookings totaled $103 million in the quarter, up 35 percent year over year. First-half bookings increased 46 percent to a record $237 million.
