Regent to Debut Its Largest Wellness Program on Seven Seas Prestige

Regent Seven Seas Cruises will introduce its largest onboard wellness program on Seven Seas Prestige when the ship begins service on Dec. 13, 2026. The Deck 4 complex will include a 6,006-square-foot fitness center, 10 treatment rooms, Regent’s first salt room and an expanded Medi-Spa menu, while the ship’s top suite will have the line’s first private in-suite gym.

The 76,550-gross-ton Seven Seas Prestige is the first ship in Regent’s new class in a decade and will carry 822 guests in 411 balcony suites.

“Wellness has become a cornerstone of the Regent experience for many of our guests,” Regent Seven Seas Cruises President Wesley D’Silva said. He said the facilities and treatments are intended to help guests leave “renewed, refreshed and better than when they arrived.”

Ten treatment rooms and a new thermal suite

The Serene Spa & Wellness complex will have eight general treatment rooms, one acupuncture room, one Medi-Spa room and one room for couples. Its complimentary thermal suite will contain the salt room as well as saunas, steam rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, an aroma room, a snow room, experience showers and heated loungers.

A salon will provide three hair stations, a barber station and two manicure and pedicure stations. Spa treatments, Medi-Spa procedures and salon services cost extra.

The treatment menu will range from the Around the World Massage, Brazilian Bamboo Massage and Mediterranean Seaweed Wrap to ELEMIS services such as Cryotighten + Firm and red-light face-mask therapy. Regent will also offer Thermage FLX skin tightening, truSculpt body contouring, Niagen NAD+ IV treatments, LED-enhanced acupuncture and Plated Exosomes Serum.

The NEXA portable imaging system will analyze surface and subsurface skin conditions before consultations with aestheticians. The expanded salon program will include keratin hair treatments and brow and lash services from Nouveau.

Regent’s largest fitness center

The 558-square-meter fitness center will have separate areas for cardio and strength training, along with spaces for yoga, Pilates, stretching and cycling classes. Technogym’s Sand Stone Collection will be installed throughout the gym, covering cardio, strength and functional-training equipment.

Seven Seas Prestige will also be the first Regent ship to use Technogym’s Mywellness digital platform. Guests will be able to access customized training programs, track progress and take on-demand video classes through the system.

The Sand Stone equipment uses casings made with natural mica and approximately 30% recycled material, along with titanium-finished details and clay-colored contact surfaces. The ship’s active facilities also include the previously announced Solara Sports Deck.

Private gym for the Skyview Regent Suite

The Skyview Regent Suite will contain a 161-square-foot private gym equipped with the Technogym Bike Personal Live, Kinesis Personal Vision, Technogym Bench and Technogym Visio. Kinesis Personal Vision supports more than 200 exercises, while the Visio display provides guided, on-demand workouts.

Guests booked in the suite will receive two complimentary Serene Spa & Wellness services each day. Those services can be provided inside the suite or in the main spa.

Ship preparation continues

Chief Engineer Germain Bouvet is overseeing technical construction of Seven Seas Prestige at Fincantieri’s Marghera shipyard. Regent has appointed Capt. Luksa Kristovic to command the vessel, supported by a senior leadership team responsible for its 630 crew members.

Regent’s partnership with ELEMIS will continue after the ship enters service, with a Spotlight on Wellness & Longevity voyage aboard Seven Seas Prestige scheduled for 2027.
