Regent Seven Seas Adds 2027 Motorsport Programs in Europe

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has expanded its partnership with Motorsport Lab to offer four pre- and post-cruise land programs linked to seven European voyages in 2027. Announced September 24, 2026, the collection covers Barcelona, England’s Goodwood Estate and Italy’s Motor Valley.

The expansion builds on programs offered in 2025, when guests drove exotic cars on Monaco’s Grand Prix street circuit and took part in Ferrari and Lamborghini experiences in Italy. Motorsport Lab, a motorsport-experience agency, will design and lead the new programs, which target automotive enthusiasts and combine driving activities with local dining and cultural visits.

Wesley D’Silva, president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, said guests could “go beyond traditional sightseeing to experience some of Europe’s most iconic automotive regions through exclusive access, expert guidance and unforgettable moments.”

“The 2027 programs invite guests to experience motorsport culture from the inside,” said Ray Chang, founder and CEO of Motorsport Lab.

Three Italy extensions across two ships

Italy’s Supercar Escape will explore Bologna, Modena and Maranello through automotive museums and experiences involving Ferrari, Lamborghini and Pagani. Guests can drive a Ferrari on Maranello’s roads and dine at Cavallino, Ferrari’s restaurant reimagined by chef Massimo Bottura.

The Italy program costs $7,899 per guest, based on double occupancy, with one pre-cruise stay and two post-cruise stays scheduled during August.

The August 4–7 pre-cruise program connects with Culinary Wonders aboard Seven Seas Grandeur, departing Rome on August 7 with 10- and 20-night options. The August 7–10 post-cruise program follows the same ship’s nine-night Eclipse the Ordinary voyage, which leaves Barcelona on July 29 for Rome.

Seven Seas Prestige passengers can book the August 12–15 extension after History & Heritage, a seven-night sailing departing Athens on August 5 and ending in Rome.

Barcelona offers classic Porsches and modern supercars

The two Motorsport Magic programs in Barcelona each cost $7,899 per guest, based on double occupancy. Both connect with Seven Seas Grandeur sailings.

The Classic Porsche Edition runs July 26–29 as a pre-cruise extension to the ship’s eclipse voyage. Guests will drive classic Porsches along inland and coastal roads in Catalonia, visit the historic Terramar racetrack and spend time in the seaside town of Sitges.

The Exotic Supercar Edition follows Moonlight Over the Mediterranean, a 10-night voyage departing Venice for Barcelona on July 19. Running July 29–August 1, the land program includes street driving in modern supercars from brands including Ferrari and Lamborghini along parts of Barcelona’s historic racing circuit.

That edition also includes a private aerial experience and access to a private collection containing racing cars, motorcycles, classic vehicles and supercars. The Porsche program includes its own private motorsport-collection visit.

Both Barcelona extensions take in the Gothic Quarter, with Catalan food, regional wines and live flamenco.

Goodwood pairs hot laps with golf and clay shooting

The House of Motorsports program will bring Seven Seas Voyager passengers to the Goodwood Estate in West Sussex, England. Priced at $7,399 per guest on a double-occupancy basis, the program is available before or after selected sailings.

Planned activities include performance hot laps at Goodwood Motor Circuit, off-roading and specialized driving experiences. The estate program also offers golf with professional instruction, clay shooting, English tea and an art tour.

The August 21–24 post-cruise stay follows Land of Vikings, an 18-night voyage departing Copenhagen on August 3 and ending in Southampton. The August 18–21 pre-cruise stay connects with Gourmet & Glamour, a 12-night Southampton round trip departing August 21 for ports in France and Spain.
