Polar Latitudes Offers Up to 50% Off 2027 Expedition Cruises

Polar Latitudes Expeditions has launched a Black Friday sale offering savings of up to 50 percent on selected voyages booked by November 30, 2026. Promotional fares begin at $4,017 per person, based on double occupancy, for departures spanning December 2026 through September 2027.
The offer covers Antarctic, Arctic, North Atlantic and South American itineraries aboard Ocean Albatros, Ocean Victory and Discoverer.
Antarctic and Arctic departures
The earliest departure in the promotion is Discoverer’s “Extended Antarctic Circle Crossing,” sailing December 28, 2026, through January 10, 2027. The voyage is available at a 50 percent discount, with fares starting at $9,398 per person, down from $18,795.
Two further Antarctic itineraries carry reductions of 40 percent: “Antarctic Peninsula: The Pure Expedition,” departing February 4 and returning February 13, 2027, and “Best of Antarctica’s Whale Season,” running March 4–15, 2027.
Discoverer also has a half-price Arctic departure. Its “Ultimate Arctic Odyssey: Svalbard, Lofoten, East Greenland and Iceland” runs September 16–October 3, 2027, with starting fares reduced from $17,495 to $8,748 per person.
The Greenland options receive 40 percent discounts. “Greenland Explorer” sails June 10–21, 2027, while “Greenland: Disko Bay & Ilulissat” has two eligible departures, June 21–27 and June 27–July 3, 2027. The sale announcement does not assign individual ships to these itineraries or to the two discounted Antarctic voyages.
North Atlantic and South American routes
Ocean Victory’s “Isles of the North Atlantic” is the third itinerary offered at half price. Scheduled for May 25–June 3, 2027, it starts at $4,398 per person, compared with the previous starting fare of $8,795.
Two South American itineraries are included at 40 percent off. “Chile & Peru: Voyage Through the Humboldt Current” runs March 28–April 6, 2027, followed by “South American Explorer: Temples, Jungles & the Panama Canal” on April 6–15, 2027. Individual starting fares and vessel assignments were not specified for those departures.
All quoted prices are in U.S. dollars, and the promotion applies to new bookings. Polar Latitudes said travel advisors can earn commission on the featured Black Friday departures; the announcement did not include a statement from a named executive.
