Disney Believe Adds Pluto’s Pita Platters for 2027 Debut

Pluto's Pita Platters will use one of two serving windows assigned to Mickey's Smokestack Barbecue on Wish-class ships, while Donald's Cantina will remain in the food court.

Disney Cruise Line will introduce Pluto’s Pita Platters aboard Disney Believe, which is scheduled to enter service on December 18, 2027. The new poolside counter will offer shawarma wraps and Mediterranean-inspired bowls, using one of the two serving windows assigned to Mickey’s Smokestack Barbecue on Wish-class ships.

Donald’s Cantina is not being replaced. It and Mickey’s Smokestack Barbecue are expected to remain in the food court, alongside Daisy’s Pizza Pies, Goofy’s Grill and Sweet Minnie’s Ice Cream.

The addition will join Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods, the open-air dining area on Deck 11. The food court also operates aboard Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny, where most offerings are included in the cruise fare.

The established counters cover barbecue, Mexican-inspired dishes, pizza, burgers and soft-serve ice cream. On existing ships, the barbecue selection typically includes brisket, pulled pork and smoked chicken, while Donald’s Cantina offers build-your-own tacos, burritos and bowls with meat, beans, rice, vegetables and toppings.

Dining beyond the pool deck

Disney Believe’s other announced casual dining venues include Marceline Market, with 10 food stations serving international cuisine at breakfast and lunch. Its selection will include salads, chicken tenders and plant-based dishes, with a café offering specialty beverages inside the market.

Two additional walk-up cafés will serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks and snacks throughout the day. Big Hero Sips, themed to Big Hero 6, will occupy Deck 5, while the Moana- and Moana 2-inspired Cafe Kakamora will be on Deck 6. Joyful Sweets, an Inside Out-themed shop, will offer 20 flavors of handmade gelato alongside macarons, cupcakes and other confections.

The ship’s three rotational dinner restaurants will be Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast, Worlds of Marvel and 1923. Oaken’s Table will combine Nordic-inspired food with live Frozen character performances and humorous arrangements of songs from the films. Worlds of Marvel will feature Baby Groot and music from the Guardians of the Galaxy films, while 1923 will serve California-inspired cuisine.

Adults-only, extra-charge dining will include Palo Steakhouse, offering Italian dishes, and Enchante, with French cuisine and a menu developed by chef Arnaud Lallement. The Rose, an adults-only lounge inspired by Beauty and the Beast, will be located near those restaurants.

Disney Believe is scheduled to homeport at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale. From there, it will sail four- and five-night cruises to the Bahamas and Caribbean.
