Disney Believe to Bring Worlds of Marvel and 1923 Aboard
Named for the year The Walt Disney Company was established, 1923 will feature more than 1,000 drawings, props and animation tools from the Walt Disney Archives.
Disney Cruise Line has confirmed that Worlds of Marvel and 1923 will return aboard Disney Believe, extending both family restaurant concepts to a fourth ship. The new vessel, designed to accommodate approximately 4,000 guests at maximum occupancy, will begin its maiden voyage on December 18, 2027.
Both restaurants already operate on Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny. On Believe, they will join the newly announced Oaken's Table: A Frozen Family Feast to form the ship's three-restaurant rotational dining lineup.
Worlds of Marvel will offer Marvel Celebration of Heroes: Groot Remix, the dinner experience featuring Groot and Rocket Raccoon with music from the Guardians of the Galaxy films. That production is also offered aboard Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny.
1923 will retain its California-inspired cuisine and animation-history theme. Named for the year The Walt Disney Company was established, the restaurant will have dining rooms honoring Walt Disney and Roy Disney, with more than 1,000 drawings, props and animation tools from the Walt Disney Archives. Featured films will include Lilo & Stitch, Alice in Wonderland, Toy Story and Peter Pan.
The new Frozen restaurant will place guests in a forest courtyard at Oaken's summer house. Oaken's cousins will perform rearranged songs from the films during a Nordic-inspired meal, with appearances by Anna and Kristoff. The concept differs from the Arendelle dinner experience aboard Disney Wish.
Beyond the rotation
Adults-only dining will include the returning Palo Steakhouse and Enchante by Chef Arnaud Lallement. Palo will combine steakhouse dishes with Italian cuisine, while Enchante will serve French-inspired food using a menu developed by Lallement. Both restaurants carry an additional fee and sit outside the rotational dining program. The adjacent Beauty and the Beast-inspired lounge, The Rose, will also return.
For casual meals, Marceline Market will provide ten food stations serving international dishes at breakfast and lunch. The upper-deck Mickey and Friends Festival of Foods will add Pluto's Pita Platters, an outlet exclusive to Believe offering Mediterranean-inspired kebabs and pitas with dips and garnishes.
Inside Out: Joyful Sweets will expand its theming to include Anxiety, Envy and the Sense of Self from Inside Out 2. Its separately purchased treats will include nearly 20 gelato and ice cream flavors, daily gelato specials and other confections.
Two new cafes will serve coffee, tea and specialty beverages. Big Hero Sips will take its design from San Fransokyo in Big Hero 6, while Cafe Kakamora will draw on Moana's home island of Motunui and the films' coconut-like Kakamora characters.
The bar lineup will include Sea Notes, a Little Mermaid-inspired piano lounge, and Wishing Well, a Snow White-inspired venue offering live music, activities, coffee and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Skygazers will be an observatory-themed pub serving craft beers, cocktails and light bites, with live sports broadcasts.
Haunted Mansion Parlor will also return, following its introduction on Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny. Believe's version will have a cocktail and mocktail menu developed specifically for the ship.
From the shipyard to Port Everglades
Disney Believe is under construction at Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany, where its first gigablock floated out in September. It will be the fourth Wish-class vessel, sharing its sister ships' overall size and layout while introducing different interior themes.
The ship will homeport at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, operating four- and five-night voyages to the Bahamas and Caribbean. Itineraries will call at one or both of Disney's Bahamian destinations: Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
Castaway Club booking access is staggered by tier, opening to Pearl members on October 12, 2026, then to Platinum members on October 13, Gold members on October 14 and Silver members on October 15. General sales open on October 19, 2026.
