Carnival Opens 2028-29 Port Canaveral Cruise Bookings
Carnival Breeze will sail four 14-day Carnival Journeys cruises from October 2028 to February 2029, visiting 13 southern Caribbean destinations.
Carnival Cruise Line opened bookings on November 5, 2026, for more than 300 departures from Port Canaveral in its 2028/29 deployment. Five ships will operate year-round from the Florida homeport, with itineraries ranging from three-day Bahamas cruises to 14-day Carnival Journeys voyages.
The schedule includes more than 200 calls at Celebration Key on Grand Bahama, with a visit included on every Carnival Glory departure. The deployment covers the eastern, western and southern Caribbean and includes all six destinations in Carnival’s Paradise Collection. The announcement did not include starting fares or a statement from a Carnival executive.
Short Bahamas cruises and week-long Caribbean routes
Carnival Glory and Mardi Gras will handle the shorter itineraries, offering cruises of three to five days. Their combined schedules cover destinations in the Bahamas and eastern Caribbean.
Carnival Breeze and Carnival Firenze will operate alternating week-long eastern and western Caribbean itineraries. Their destinations include Amber Cove in the Dominican Republic, San Juan, St. Thomas, Belize, Cozumel and Isla Tropicale on Roatán, Honduras.
The wider deployment also includes calls at Grand Turk in Turks and Caicos and Puerta Maya in Cozumel, Mexico. Those ports join the other Paradise Collection destinations on the schedule: Celebration Key; RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay; Amber Cove; and Isla Tropicale.
Six- and eight-day sailings aboard Carnival Festivale
Carnival Festivale will offer six-day eastern Caribbean cruises and eight-day itineraries to the eastern and southern Caribbean. Its shorter route includes both Celebration Key and RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay in the Bahamas.
The ship’s eight-day eastern Caribbean sailings will visit San Juan, St. Thomas and St. Maarten. Its southern Caribbean routes call at Aruba and Curaçao.
Carnival Breeze will also operate four 14-day Carnival Journeys cruises between October 2028 and February 2029. Across those departures, the ship will visit 13 destinations in the southern Caribbean, including Barbados, Grenada, Antigua, Dominica, Martinique, St. Lucia and St. Kitts.
