Silversea Sets 2027 Venetian Society Reunion Voyage
Hosted by Silversea President Bert Hernandez, the sailing is tied to a Venetian Society refresh set for July 1, 2026, adding new ways for members to earn credit.
Silversea will operate its 2027 Venetian Society Reunion Voyage as a seven-day Copenhagen-to-Southampton sailing aboard the 596-guest Silver Dawn, departing September 3, 2027. The loyalty-program voyage will be hosted by Silversea President Bert Hernandez, with the itinerary selected by Venetian Society members.
The sailing links one of Silversea’s recurring member events with a broader refresh of the Venetian Society program, which is due to take effect July 1, 2026. The program opens automatically after a guest’s first Silversea voyage. It uses VS Days as its loyalty currency.
“Our Venetian Society Reunion Voyages are our way of expressing gratitude to the guests who continue to explore the world with Silversea,” Hernandez said. “This voyage — selected by our own Venetian Society guests — aims to bring together a community of curious, like-minded travelers whose passion for discovery defines our brand, and their perspectives continue to shape the journeys and experiences we create.”
The 2027 itinerary begins in Denmark with calls at Copenhagen and Skagen before crossing the North Sea to Scotland. Silver Dawn is scheduled to visit Edinburgh, the Highlands, the Orkney Islands and the Isle of Lewis, then continue to Londonderry, Liverpool, Fishguard and Falmouth before a final call at St. Peter Port, Guernsey, and arrival in Southampton.
Silversea also identified several shore experiences tied to the route, including Edinburgh Highlights and National Museum, Neolithic Discovery in Kirkwall, the Beatles Experience in Liverpool and Taste of Wales at Velfrey Vineyard in Fishguard.
The Venetian Society changes coming in 2026 will broaden how members earn credit. Members will receive one VS Day per day on Silversea Land Programs and City Stays, while solo travelers on qualifying cruises will earn an additional VS Day for each cruise day.
Silversea is also adding earlier benefit levels at 15 VS Days and 50 VS Days, including a one-time welcome offer and a $150 shipboard credit on new bookings. Higher tiers, including 250, 350 and 500 VS Days, will add benefits such as complimentary premium Wi-Fi and priority embarkation.
The next Venetian Society Reunion Voyage is the 12-day Silver Shadow round trip from Nice, departing June 19, 2026.
