Sea Cloud Cruises Opens Bookings for 2027 Atlantic Voyages
The Dublin-to-Honfleur sector is part of Sea Cloud Cruises' North American Suite Life Upgrade offer, with eligible bookings required by October 31, 2026.
Sea Cloud Cruises has opened bookings for four July 2027 Atlantic coast itinerary options aboard the 136-passenger Sea Cloud Spirit, a three-masted sailing ship carrying 28 sails. The program runs from July 6 to 27, linking Dublin with ports in Britain, France and Spain before continuing from Bilbao to Lisbon.
The four options comprise a 14-night Dublin-to-Bilbao voyage, its six- and eight-night component sailings, and a seven-night Iberian itinerary from Bilbao to Lisbon.
“We’re going to places that reward curiosity, and that’s the point,” said Kevin Smith, president, Americas, Sea Cloud Cruises.
Three legs link Dublin and Lisbon
The 14-night “Western Europe’s Hidden Gems” itinerary departs Dublin on July 6 and arrives in Bilbao on July 20. Its scheduled destinations include Cobh and Cork, Tresco in the Isles of Scilly, Dartmouth, Guernsey, Honfleur, Carnac, Belle-Ile-en-Mer, Bordeaux and San Sebastian.
Guests can book that route as two shorter sectors. The six-night “Enjoy Britain in Full Bloom” sailing runs from Dublin to Honfleur from July 6 to 12, visiting Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, southern England, Guernsey and Normandy. Manuel Hornemann will accompany the voyage and offer culinary excursions ashore.
The second sector, the eight-night “Charm of the Atlantic Coast,” leaves Honfleur on July 12 and reaches Bilbao on July 20. The schedule moves through Normandy, Brittany and Bordeaux before entering Spain’s Basque Country. Planned experiences include a Calvados tasting, the megaliths at Carnac and a call at Belle-Ile-en-Mer. Hornemann will also accompany this sailing.
The final voyage, “Sailing Time to Iberia,” departs Bilbao on July 20 for a seven-night passage to Lisbon. The itinerary includes Oviedo, Santiago de Compostela, the Islas Cies and Porto, arriving along the Tagus River on July 27.
Suite upgrade applies to the first sector
The six-night Dublin-to-Honfleur sailing is also included in Sea Cloud Cruises’ North American “Suite Life Upgrade” promotion. Travelers booking eligible 2027 departures receive a complimentary upgrade from a stateroom to a suite on selected voyages aboard Sea Cloud Spirit and Sea Cloud II.
The offer covers designated sailings in Northern Europe, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Eligible North American bookings must be made by Oct. 31, 2026.
