Scenic Group Opens Summer Black Friday Sale With Up to 40% Off
Complimentary single supplements may be available on eligible Emerald departures and Scenic suite categories, with solo inventory capacity controlled.
Scenic Group has opened its third Summer Black Friday Sale, offering savings of up to 40 percent off full fares on select Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises & Tours sailings. The offer is available for new bookings made from July 20 through August 3, 2026, and applies to selected 2026 and 2027 departures under offer code SUMMERBF.
The two-week promotion spans river cruises, Emerald yacht departures and Scenic Eclipse voyages across the group’s portfolio. “This promotion gives them a compelling reason to turn those plans into a confirmed vacation,” said Ken Muskat, president of Scenic Group USA & LATAM. Robert Castro, vice president of marketing for Scenic Group USA, called the sale “an opportunity to introduce travelers to the tremendous range of experiences available across the Scenic Group portfolio.”
Emerald inventory includes rivers and warm-weather yacht programs
Emerald Cruises & Tours is applying the sale to select 2026 and 2027 river cruises and luxury yacht departures. Its river program includes European city, wine-region and historic-town itineraries, while the named sale products include “Safari and The Seychelles - Cruise & Land Journey,” “Cruising the Leeward Islands,” “Discover the Grenadines & Windwards Islands,” “Caribbean escapade” and “Discover the Pearls of the Caribbean.”
Emerald may also offer complimentary single supplements on eligible departures and accommodations. Solo space is capacity controlled, with additional restrictions.
Scenic offer reaches river cruises and Eclipse voyages
Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours is offering the same maximum discount level on select river cruises and on voyages aboard its Discovery Yachts, Scenic Eclipse and Scenic Eclipse II.
Named Scenic itineraries in the sale include “Highlights of Antarctica, Argentina and Brazil - Cruise & Land Journey,” “Ancient Kingdoms and Natural Treasures: Chile to Panama,” “Fjords & Glaciers of Southern Chile & Patagonia” and “Antarctica in Depth.” Complimentary single supplements may be available on eligible departures and suite categories, with solo inventory also capacity controlled.
Other timed offers frame the sales window
The Summer Black Friday promotion follows a June 29-July 6 Independence Day Bonus Savings offer that gave travelers $250 per sailing on select 2026 and 2027 river cruises, yacht cruises and ocean voyages booked directly with Scenic or Emerald under promo code USA250.
Emerald has also set a separate April 3, 2027 Rhône River sailing for Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking guests. “Emerald Culturas: Sensations of Lyon & Provence” is available only to the Latin American market, with fares from US$2,995 per person and a complimentary single supplement on select cabin categories for bookings made by July 31, 2026.
The sale announcement did not include a full eligible-departure list or specify how much solo inventory is available by sailing. Scenic’s separate 2028-29 Discovery Yacht collection begins after this sale period, with the 270-guest Scenic Ikon scheduled to launch in April 2028 in the Eastern Mediterranean, Adriatic and Aegean.
