Regent Details Seven Seas Prestige Dining Ahead of Debut

Prime 7's new dishes will appear first on Seven Seas Prestige before being introduced across Regent's fleet, including lobster thermidor and truffle macaroni and cheese.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises will introduce Solmar Terrace aboard Seven Seas Prestige and has released menu details for Azure and a revised Prime 7 ahead of the 822-guest ship’s September debut. Solmar, a daytime restaurant on Deck 5, will be exclusive to the first Prestige Class vessel.

Azure will be one of seven specialty restaurants included in the cruise fare. Prime 7’s new dishes will appear first on Seven Seas Prestige before being introduced across Regent’s fleet.

Solmar Terrace will operate daily from noon to 6 p.m., serving sushi and tapas alongside other international dishes. Selections will include Korean beef short rib, king oyster mushroom and crema Catalana.

Azure’s menu centers on Mediterranean cooking with additional influences from Africa and Asia. Announced dishes include miso-roasted eggplant, croquetas di carne and lobster orzo saganaki.

Regent has also revised the menu at Prime 7, its steakhouse. The changes draw on restaurants including Daniel’s in Miami. The additions include lobster thermidor, hash brown tempura, house-smoked and honey-roasted baby back ribs, and truffle macaroni and cheese.

The vessel’s maiden voyage will sail from Barcelona to Miami in September. It will then operate in the Caribbean before returning to Europe in May 2027.
