Norwegian Cruise Line to Report Third-Quarter Results Oct. 29

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings projected full-year 2027 net interest expense of between $860 million and $880 million; a webcast replay will remain available for 30 days.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings will publish its third-quarter 2026 financial results on Thursday, October 29, at 6:30 a.m. Eastern Time. A conference call and webcast to discuss the results will follow at 8:30 a.m., according to the schedule announced October 15.

The release follows a September 30 trading update in which NCLH said stronger-than-expected revenue would lift quarterly results above its previous forecast. The company did not provide revised earnings figures. Its shares gained nearly 2% in premarket trading after the update.

In July, the parent of Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises had forecast third-quarter adjusted earnings of $0.90 per share and adjusted EBITDA of $874 million.

NCLH, led by President and Chief Executive Officer John W. Chidsey since February 2026, reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance in that update. It also projected full-year 2027 net interest expense of between $860 million and $880 million.

The October scheduling announcement included no executive commentary or additional financial guidance.

The earnings webcast will be accessible through the company’s investor relations website. A replay will remain available there for 30 days after the call.
