Disney Treasure Begins Seven-Night Halloween Cruise From Port Canaveral

Disney The Tale of Moana was scheduled for the final sea day, followed by Beauty and the Beast on the voyage’s last night; Christiaan Abbott served as cruise director.

Disney Cruise Line’s Disney Treasure departed Port Canaveral, Florida, on September 12, 2026, for a seven-night Halloween on the High Seas cruise. The Eastern Caribbean itinerary combined calls at Tortola, St. Thomas and Castaway Cay with three days at sea.

Seasonal offerings included Spooky Juice and the nonalcoholic Franken Fusion Colada on September 14, while the movie lineup included Haunted Mansion and The Nightmare Before Christmas. The voyage also featured three Walt Disney Theatre productions and a separate pirate-themed evening.

The ship’s daily Personal Navigator schedules detailed port access, dining menus, dress guidance and entertainment for each day of the sailing. Christiaan Abbott served as cruise director.

Port calls and dress schedule

Embarkation-day guidance required guests to be onboard by 3 p.m. After two sea days, the first port call was Tortola in the British Virgin Islands on September 15, with shore access beginning at 7:30 a.m. and an all-aboard time of 5:45 p.m.

At St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands the following day, guests could go ashore from 7:45 a.m. and had to return by 3:45 p.m. The final call, at Castaway Cay on September 18, offered shore access from 10 a.m. until a 4:45 p.m. all-aboard deadline.

The dress schedule designated September 13 as formal night and September 17 as semi-formal night, both on sea days. Cruise-casual attire applied to the remaining evenings, with pirate attire also listed as an option after the Tortola call.

Three restaurants, one serving team

Dinner service used Disney Treasure’s three rotational restaurants: 1923, Plaza de Coco and Worlds of Marvel. Guests move among these venues while retaining the same serving team throughout the cruise.

For the first three evenings, the handouts listed each restaurant’s regular menu, with Worlds of Marvel presenting its Avengers Technology Showcase offering. All three venues switched to the Pirates in the Caribbean menu for the pirate-themed evening.

The final three dinners brought a different menu to each restaurant. At 1923, guests received the Captain’s Gala Dinner; Plaza de Coco offered its Dia de los Muertos menu; and Worlds of Marvel served Celebration of Heroes. Plaza de Coco combines dinner with a theatrical experience based on Pixar’s Coco, while Worlds of Marvel incorporates interactive Marvel entertainment.

Stage shows and screenings

The Walt Disney Theatre schedule began with Disney Seas the Adventure on the first sea day. Disney The Tale of Moana appeared on the final sea day, followed by Beauty and the Beast on the last night of the voyage.

Other evening programming included the Broadway Stars Series after the Tortola visit and The Magic & Illusion of Eric Jones following the St. Thomas call. On the second sea day, the featured evening entertainment was a screening of Moana.

Beyond the Halloween films, the onboard movie selection included Cars, Hoppers, Zootopia 2, Toy Story 5, Camp Rock 3 and The Mandalorian & Grogu.
