Carnival Revises 11 Bahamas Itineraries on Four Ships
Eight changes fall on Miami-based Carnival Conquest, including a March 27, 2028 sailing that now visits RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay before Celebration Key.
Carnival Cruise Line has revised 11 Bahamas itineraries aboard Carnival Conquest, Carnival Spirit, Carnival Legend and Carnival Elation, affecting departures from November 2026 through April 2028. The changes include a substitute destination, reordered port calls and adjusted arrival and departure times, and Carnival has notified booked guests.
Eight of the 11 revisions apply to Miami-based Carnival Conquest. The other ships each have one affected departure from Mobile, Tampa or Jacksonville.
Carnival Conquest accounts for eight changes
Carnival Conquest will have revised schedules on departures dated Nov. 16, 2026; Jan. 25, Feb. 15 and April 12, 2027; and Feb. 7, March 27, April 3 and April 17, 2028.
Seven of those sailings will receive a different day for the call at RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay, along with adjustments to the time in port. The March 27, 2028 departure has a broader change: the order of calls on the four-night Bahamas itinerary will be reversed, placing RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay before Celebration Key.
For that sailing, Carnival Conquest is now scheduled at RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The original itinerary called for an 8 a.m. arrival and 4 p.m. departure.
Single departures revised on three ships
Carnival Spirit will replace Princess Cays with RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay during its six-night cruise from Mobile departing Nov. 8, 2026. The ship will retain its Celebration Key call, while the replacement visit will use the original Princess Cays slot on Nov. 11 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Carnival Legend’s six-night cruise from Tampa on Dec. 13, 2026 will swap the scheduled days for Celebration Key and RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay. No other itinerary changes were announced for the ship.
The same two destinations will exchange days on Carnival Elation’s five-night cruise from Jacksonville departing April 15, 2028. Celebration Key and RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay are the only ports of call on that itinerary.
Excursions will be adjusted or refunded
Carnival will automatically move affected shore excursion reservations to the revised port days and times where applicable. For Carnival Spirit guests, Princess Cays excursions will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment following the destination substitution.
The guest notices did not explain the schedule revisions. RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay also receives Holland America Line calls, while Carnival and Princess Cruises both use Princess Cays. Princess is scheduled to begin calling at Celebration Key in November 2026.
