Atlas Ocean Voyages will shift to a unified suite naming system across its fleet beginning April 2, 2026, reclassifying every accommodation under a consistent set of categories as the line prepares for its 2026 Europe and Arctic seasons.

James A. Rodriguez, president and CEO of Atlas Ocean Voyages, described the change as a way to better match how the company talks about its onboard product. “At Atlas, this is not about changing a name, it’s about aligning our language with the experience we deliver every day,” Rodriguez said. He also called the update an “evolution” that supports Atlas’ positioning in the luxury expedition sector.

Three suite collections will replace existing category labels

Under the new structure, Atlas will group accommodations into three tiers: Signature Collection, Concierge Collection and Reserve Collection. The company said each tier is designed to build on the one below it, with added services and onboard extras at higher levels.

Signature Collection

The Signature Collection will include Atlas’ Always Included by Atlas amenities and is designed to cover the line’s Adventure Ocean and Veranda suites. Atlas said Signature-level inclusions include 24-hour in-suite dining (including premium beverages), a stocked minibar, L’Occitane bath products, and binoculars provided for the voyage.

Concierge Collection

The Concierge Collection will launch for the 2026 European season and is described as an enhanced layer for Deluxe Horizon, Deluxe Veranda and Horizon suites. In addition to Signature-level benefits, Atlas said the Concierge tier adds touches such as welcome canapés on arrival, priority access to a behind-the-scenes ship tour with tasting, one complimentary bag of laundry per voyage, savings across the onboard boutique and spa, premium Wi-Fi, and additional in-suite amenity enhancements.

  • The Concierge Collection is scheduled to debut on World Navigator on April 2, 2026.
  • World Voyager is set to follow with the Concierge Collection on April 18, 2026.
  • World Traveller is scheduled to introduce the Concierge Collection on May 9, 2026.

Reserve Collection

Atlas describes the Reserve Collection as its highest suite tier, placing Journey, Discovery and Navigator suites into this category. The Reserve tier includes the benefits offered in both the Signature and Concierge collections and adds butler service, expanded in-suite dining options, and complimentary laundry service.

Size enhancements planned for select suite types

Alongside the reclassification, Atlas said certain categories will receive size enhancements as part of the transition, including Deluxe Horizon, Deluxe Veranda and Horizon suites. The company said these changes can increase interior space by up to 25% compared with Signature Collection veranda accommodations.

Explorer’s Choice promotion ties into the 2026 rollout

Atlas is pairing the new suite structure with an enhanced version of its Explorer’s Choice offer, available starting April 2, 2026. For eligible sailings, guests can choose one amenity, while guests in Reserve Collection suites can select two.

The offer includes a Double Air Credit promotion of up to $3,000 per suite on select voyages, along with options such as a complimentary pre-expedition hotel night or complimentary Wi-Fi. The Double Air Credit component applies to select itineraries to the Mediterranean, Northern Europe and the Arctic, and the booking window runs from April 2 through June 30, 2026, or until availability is exhausted.

Rodriguez tied the offer to the importance of getting to and from expedition departures, particularly for Europe. “Air travel is an integral part of the overall journey when planning a European summer vacation,” he said, adding that the enhanced offer is intended to provide “additional value and flexibility” for guests sailing Atlas’ Epicurean Expeditions, Cultural Expeditions and Polar Expeditions.
