Aroya Cruises Launches Mobile App for Booking and Onboard Services
Future updates are planned to add onboard messaging, wayfinding and a digital cabin key, while the current app offers shore excursion, dining and spa reservations.
Saudi Arabian cruise line Aroya Cruises has launched a native mobile app for iOS and Android, allowing guests to search for voyages, book sailings and manage reservations in English and Arabic. Selected onboard features will remain available without paid Wi-Fi, the company said.
The launch follows the redesign of Aroya’s website. The app connects with the line’s booking platform, customer relationship management tools and operational systems to support guest interactions across mobile, web, kiosks and digital signage.
“Our mobile app gives guests a dedicated way to engage with Aroya, making each step of their journey simpler, more personal and more connected,” said Ala Tashkandi, Aroya’s Executive Commercial Director.
During a sailing, guests can use the app to book shore excursions, reserve dining and other venues, and arrange spa and wellness appointments. Onboard tools also provide access to events and the daily program, along with onboard offers and guest folios.
The app is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Before departure, guests can complete digital check-in and follow a pre-cruise checklist, while a separate checklist covers the post-cruise period. Users can also access selected promotions and offers.
Aroya plans to introduce onboard messaging and wayfinding in future updates. A digital cabin key is also planned.
