Singapore Cruise Centre Sets July 2026 HarbourFront Terminal Move
Batam Fast Ferry will move first on July 7, with five ferry operators and HarbourFront cruise operations following July 15 at a building about 70 meters from the existing terminal.
Singapore Cruise Centre will move its ferry and cruise operations to the new Singapore Cruise Centre (HarbourFront) terminal in a two-stage transfer in July 2026. Batam Fast Ferry is scheduled to begin operating from the new facility on July 7, followed on July 15 by Horizon Fast Ferry, Majestic Fast Ferry, Sindo Ferry, Indo Falcon Shipping & Travel and cruise operations.
The relocation keeps ferry routes, destinations and schedules unchanged while shifting passenger processing to a new building about 70 meters from the existing terminal. Within Singapore’s two-terminal cruise setup, HarbourFront handles regional ferries and some international cruise traffic, while Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore serves large cruise ships.
“Regional travel continues to play an important role in how people connect and conduct business across the region,” Jacqueline Tan, CEO of Singapore Cruise Centre, said. Tan said the new HarbourFront terminal is “an opportunity to upgrade the passenger experience,” adding that it supports the centre’s commitment to “delivering a seamless and efficient travel experience.”
Ferry services will continue to destinations including Batam Centre, Harbour Bay, Sekupang, Tanjung Balai in Karimun, Gold Coast and Nirup Island. International cruise operations at HarbourFront will also move to the new facility from July 15.
The new terminal is located at 5 HarbourFront Avenue, Singapore 099549. The red terracotta building sits on an adjacent site within the current HarbourFront precinct, behind Harbourfront Tower 2, across from the entrance to Reef at King’s Dock and facing the sea.
Passengers will be able to reach the new terminal through HarbourFront MRT Station Exit B and existing public transport links in the area. Parking at the terminal is limited. Singapore Cruise Centre is encouraging public transport use, and sheltered pedestrian links connect the HarbourFront terminal area with the MRT station, VivoCity and surrounding routes.
Singapore Cruise Centre is advising Batam Fast Ferry passengers traveling from July 7 to arrive earlier than usual as operations begin in the new building. The terminal includes upgraded infrastructure and technology-enabled services. Fuller details on amenities and passenger offerings are due at the terminal’s official opening later this year.
