Sea Cloud Cruises Names Jerry Jolliff North America Sales Director
It is the third company where Jolliff and Kevin Smith have worked together, following prior overlap at American Queen Voyages and Silversea.
Sea Cloud Cruises has promoted Jerry Jolliff to director of sales, putting him in charge of the cruise line’s North American sales organization. He reports directly to Kevin Smith, president, the Americas, after spending two years as sales account manager.
Jolliff joined Sea Cloud Cruises when its North American office opened two years ago. He has more than three decades of experience in cruise sales and travel agency work.
Smith praised the confidence Jolliff has built within the company. “He understands that success is built on relationships — listening, partnering and delivering on the promises we make,” Smith said.
Before joining Sea Cloud Cruises, Jolliff held roles at American Queen Voyages, Silversea and Norwegian Cruise Line. He also ran his own luxury travel agency.
Sea Cloud Cruises is the third company where Jolliff and Smith have worked together; both previously worked at American Queen Voyages and Silversea. “One of Jerry’s greatest strengths is that he’s worn just about every hat in this industry,” Smith said.
During his tenure with Sea Cloud Cruises, Jolliff also received Montecito Village Travel’s Breakout Partner of the Year Award.
Jolliff cited the company’s existing sales foundation. “I look forward to building on that foundation and contributing to the continued evolution of this exceptional company,” he said.
In the expanded role, Jolliff will work to increase Sea Cloud Cruises’ regional sales presence and develop trade opportunities. He will also strengthen support for the reservations and field sales teams.
