The full-ship charter is slated to visit Puerto Plata, Charlotte Amalie, Tortola and Great Stirrup Cay, with theme nights and a Mellow Yellow Dance Party.
On the Blue Cruise has scheduled its 2027 sailing for April 8-15 from Miami, with Justin Hayward of The Moody Blues and Rick Springfield leading a lineup of more than 25 artists aboard the 2,376-guest Norwegian Jewel. The seven-night full-ship charter will combine two sea days with calls in the Dominican Republic, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands and the Bahamas.
Fares for the classic rock and yacht rock charter start at $1,499 per person based on double occupancy before mandatory taxes and the fee supplement. No executive statement accompanied the announcement.
Hayward is scheduled for performances drawing from both his solo catalog and his work with The Moody Blues, and the cruise will also include a fan Q&A with him. Other named artists on the bill include Asia, Don Felder, formerly of the Eagles; Starship featuring Mickey Thomas; The Orchestra; Al Stewart; and Leonid & Friends, billed with the music of Chicago.
The itinerary lists Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic; Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas; Tortola, British Virgin Islands; and Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas. Onboard programming built around the charter’s artist roster includes photo opportunities, theme nights, the Mellow Yellow Dance Party, Painting with Rock Stars and wine tasting events.
