Marella Cruises Adds Alcohol-Free Drinks Fleetwide From August 2026
The standard range will add alcohol-free red, white, rosé and sparkling wines alongside Heineken alcohol-free beer, Somersby cider and gluten-free Estrella.
Marella Cruises will introduce 18 alcohol-free cocktails, six 0% ABV spirits and four 0% wines across its fleet from August 2026. The additions will be divided between the line’s All Inclusive and Premium All Inclusive packages.
“After listening to customer feedback and reviewing the gaps in our menu, we want to enhance a customer’s experience onboard,” said Luke Saunders, food and drink development manager at Marella Cruises.
Marella’s standard package currently covers selected draught beers and ciders, house wines and Prosecco, spirits, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, juices and hot drinks. Premium-branded spirits and upgraded cocktails generally require the Premium All Inclusive package.
Under the new menu structure, all passengers will have access to 0% red, white, rosé and sparkling wines, as well as Heineken 0% and Somersby 0% cider. Gluten-free Estrella beer will also join the standard range.
Premium All Inclusive passengers will receive six Lyre’s alcohol-free spirits: London Dry Gin, American Malt Bourbon, White Cane Rum, Agave Blanco Tequila, Coffee Originale and Italian Spritz.
Those products will form the base of the 18 new cocktails. Examples include the Nojito, made with White Cane, mint, lime and soda; the Grapefruit Refresher, combining London Dry with pink grapefruit and soda; and the Summer Sour, which uses London Dry, lemon, soda, mint and basil. The Gentle Fashioned pairs American Malt with bitters and orange peel.
“We are looking forward to our new and returning customers trying out 0% cocktails for when they are next onboard,” Saunders said.
