Atlas Ocean Voyages Opens 2028 Europe Bookings for 37 Expeditions
The program includes twenty-six overnight stays, calls tied to thirteen UNESCO World Heritage Sites and scenic sailing through the Corinth Canal and Norway’s fjords.
Atlas Ocean Voyages has opened bookings for its Europe 2028 season, an April-to-September program across the Mediterranean and Northern Europe. The deployment includes 37 Epicurean and Cultural Expeditions, expanded Baltic coverage and the line’s return to Egypt and Turkey.
The season combines major European destinations with smaller harbors. The program lists 26 overnight stays, calls tied to 13 UNESCO World Heritage Sites and 12 new ports. It also includes scenic or restricted-waterway sailing through the Venetian Lagoon, the Corinth Canal, Norway’s fjords, the Guadalquivir River to Seville and the Garonne River into Bordeaux.
“These itineraries are intentionally designed around Europe’s extraordinary boutique ports and lesser-discovered coastal communities,” said James A. Rodriguez, president and chief executive officer of Atlas Ocean Voyages.
New calls extend from Greece to the Baltic
The 12 new ports listed for the season are Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Boulogne-sur-Mer in France; Lavrion for Athens, Naxos and Poros in Greece; Casamicciola Terme on Ischia and Agropoli for Paestum in Italy; Ostende for Bruges in Belgium; Fjallbacka and Ystad in Sweden; Saaremaa in Estonia; and Svolvar in Norway’s Lofoten Islands.
Atlas named four sample voyages from the program. Grand Prix & Italian Icons sails roundtrip from Nice from April 21 to 28 and is timed with the Monaco Grand Prix. Medieval Baltic Shores runs from Copenhagen to Stockholm from May 15 to 25, with Baltic and Scandinavian coastal calls.
Impressionist Tableaux sails from Bordeaux to London from May 30 to June 11 and includes Normandy visits on a D-Day anniversary voyage. Greek & Egyptian Antiquities, an Athens roundtrip from June 17 to 27, includes Alexandria as part of Atlas’ return to Egypt.
Inside the 2028 Europe program
Atlas’ food- and wine-focused Epicurean Expeditions pair culinary experts with onboard tastings and demonstrations, plus shore programming tied to local cuisine, markets, wineries and regional culture. The 2028 Europe program also includes Cultural Expeditions and Atlas Experiences ashore and onboard.
The Explorer’s Choice offer includes Bonus Savings of up to 10% and a choice of one complimentary amenity: up to a $1,000 air credit, a one-night pre-expedition hotel stay or enhanced unlimited Wi-Fi on select voyages.
Atlas currently operates three ships: World Navigator, World Traveller and World Voyager. Each carries about 196 to 200 guests. The Europe announcement follows the line’s 2028 Arctic season release, which includes 13 journeys ranging from seven to 17 nights.
Atlas did not include starting fares or ship assignments for the Europe 2028 departures.
