Adora Cruises Links Aiyou Club With Alibaba’s Fliggy

The tie-up builds on an October 2023 distribution deal, when Adora opened its first online store outside its direct sales channels on Fliggy.

Adora Cruises has connected its Aiyou Club membership accounts with Alibaba’s Fliggy travel platform, allowing customers to link accounts through the cruise line’s flagship store on the Fliggy app. Eligible members can receive the corresponding Aiyou Club tier and accumulate points in both programs when booking cruises.

The integration expands a distribution relationship that began in October 2023, when Adora opened its first online store outside its direct sales channels on Fliggy.

Tier benefits extend to linked members

Benefits vary by membership tier. They include discounts on onboard spending, priority services and welcome gifts. Adora did not detail the individual benefits assigned to each tier in its announcement.

“The Adora Aiyou Club is committed to providing exclusive care and premium experiences for guests with different travel needs,” the cruise line said.

Adora said it plans to pursue additional partnerships with brands outside the cruise sector and introduce more crossover benefits. Fliggy described the account connection as an important step in developing its membership offering for travel and vacation products.

Adora expands its relationship with Fliggy

Fliggy provides bookings for flights, hotels, trains, attractions and tour services. Alibaba moved the platform into its core e-commerce division in June 2025 as part of a corporate restructuring, while Fliggy continues to operate as a separate travel platform.

Adora currently offers itineraries aboard its three-ship fleet, serving destinations in East, South and North China, as well as Hong Kong and other markets.

Adora Flora City is scheduled to make its maiden voyage from Guangzhou Nansha International Cruise Homeport on Nov. 22, 2026.
