Holland America Launches 153rd Anniversary Sale With $400 Credit
Holland America is leaning on anniversary pricing and bundle-style perks to lock in demand far in advance, underscoring how fiercely cruise lines are competing for early bookings.
Holland America Line is rolling out a monthlong Anniversary Sale for its 153rd year in operation, with booking open from April 2 through April 30, 2026, and valid on departures from April 2026 through spring 2027.
The cruise line is also offering a separate Spring Sale for a shorter booking window in late March, aimed at select sailings in April and May 2026. Across both promotions, Holland America Line is pairing discounted fares with onboard credit and the option to bundle additional perks through its Have It All premium fare.

Holland America Line said the Anniversary Sale runs April 2–30, 2026, and applies to sailings departing from April 2026 through spring 2027. Eligible itineraries range from four to 69 days and span the brand’s global deployment, including Alaska and Alaska Cruisetours.
Beth Bodensteiner, president of Holland America Line, linked the promotion to the brand’s anniversary, saying, “Celebrating 153 years of ocean exploration is about honoring the guests who have traveled the world with us.” She added, “The Anniversary Sale is both a thank you to our loyal guests and an invitation to new travelers to experience our thoughtfully designed itineraries, immersive destination experiences and exceptional service all with added value and special savings.”
The Anniversary Sale includes fare discounts, onboard credit, reduced deposits, and a kids-sail-free component on select departures. Holland America Line also said the offer applies to Collectors’ Voyages, which combine two consecutive, non-repeating itineraries.
